Looks like I'm on a plateau! Wednesdays is my
weight in day but I am going to see my nutritionist tomorrow to weight
in but I thought I'd weight in today with my weight scale at home today
and it showed same amount as the last week! No lose! No gain! So
apparently that's a plateau now? :-/ I did everything I'm supposed to do
daily. I guess I got to make some changes on my daily plan and see if
that will work!
