GOOD NEWS!

SINCE March 7th 2013 to today, I have lost 13lbs !!! YAY!!

I'm so excited! All I did was count my calories and stay in my daily calories and make sure that every I eat has protein in it and drink a lot WATER! WATER! WATER! WALK 2 times daily!

Sodas has been out of my life since March 7th! GOODBYE SODAS!! :-)

I'm feeling so GREAT!! SO HAPPY! I hope that I could keep up with it!

I know I haven't made a new post since Jan but I didn't work on my weight loss until earlier of March and finally I saw my nutritionist so she helped me what I need to do. :-)

Well, I gotta to go! I'll be back to update more sometimes when I can.
