I
went to see my nutritionist this morning for a weight in with them.
Their scale showed way lower than what I saw on my scale yesterday! It
showed that I have lost 5.4 lbs. They said their weight scale is more
accurate. So I'll go with what their scale said!! She said since March
7th I have lost total 23.8lbs! I asked her if I should trust my scale?
She said all scales are different so the important is that I should see
that I'm still losing pounds, doesn't matter what number it is. Just
make sure I am not gaining and is still losing! :D She said that I should still weigh in myself at home weekly just to make sure that I'm still losing, not gaining. I'll go back and see her next month!
